We're looking for an exceptional Head of Growth who will become the driving force behind the marketing strategy of all our brands. This is NOT a social media manager position. This is NOT a Google Ads manager position. This is NOT a content creator position. We're looking for someone who can build and execute a complete growth strategy using the latest AI-powered marketing techniques. Your Mission Your responsibility will be simple: Generate qualified customers and build strong brands. You'll decide where we should invest our marketing efforts, which channels to prioritize, which AI tools to adopt, and how to scale customer acquisition efficiently. Responsibilities * Develop growth strategies for multiple brands. * Position our products against competitors. * Build scalable customer acquisition systems. * Increase visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.). * Build strategic partnerships and referral programs. * Identify emerging marketing trends and AI tools before competitors. * Define Go-To-Market strategies for new products. * Improve conversion funnels and customer journeys. * Work closely with our designers, developers and AI creators. * Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize growth initiatives.
