Join our team as an International Growth Partner to help US D2C brands expand into new regions. You'll develop and execute strategic plans, build partnerships, and drive growth in international markets. Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities and overcome challenges, ensuring successful market entry and ongoing growth. The role We're not hung up on which channel or tactic you use. Paid social, paid search, marketplaces, influencer, affiliate, organic, a mix — whatever you've actually used to take a brand into a new country and make it work. What we care about is that you've done this before and can prove it. If your approach is "run the US playbook unchanged and hope," you're not the right fit. What you'll do Tell us which regions to prioritize and why, and what realistic results look like in each. Own the expansion strategy end to end — the channel mix is your call to recommend. Localize properly: currency, language, cultural nuance, and market-specific buying behavior — not just translation. Flag market-specific compliance early (e.g. German advertising/health-claim rules, GDPR, local consumer norms). Get each market to profitable, repeatable scale and report on it clearly. Must-haves Proof of work: real examples of brands you've expanded into one or more of these regions, with results. This is the #1 thing we're screening for — applications without it will be ignored. Strong grasp of unit economics and profitability, not just traffic or vanity metrics. Shopify familiarity. Clear, honest communicator who flags problems early. Bonus Experience in cookware, wellness, or home/lifestyle categories. German language ability (for the DE market specifically). Multi-channel range (e.g. can pair paid with marketplace or affiliate).
