About the role I run two DTC brands. One in pest control, one old women health related. More in the pipeline. Both have proof of concept. Around 2% CVR. Winning creatives. Working funnels. We sit at $1–2k/day at ~1.1 ROAS. Breakeven, not bleeding, not scaling. I'm hiring a Growth Lead to break that ceiling. One person who runs the Meta account, owns the testing roadmap, and briefs creative against the angles being tested. Not a pure buyer. Not a strategist who only writes briefs. What you'll own Daily management of the Meta ad accounts across both brands The testing roadmap: angles, hooks, audiences, offers, landing variants Creative briefs to UGC creators and in-house resources Kill/scale decisions, with a clear framework — not gut calls Audience expansion past the warm pocket into cold scale Weekly reporting on what moved the number and what didn't What I'm looking for You've taken a DTC brand from $2k/day to $10k+/day on Meta in the last 18 months You can name the lever that moved it, not just the outcome You have a real kill rule framework and can explain it without the word "vibes" You write briefs that creatives can actually execute against You read data fast and act on it faster Bonus: experience in regulated categories (health, behaviour change, household) What I'm not looking for Generalists scaling on my account for the first time Buyers who only optimise within the account and won't touch creative Strategists who charge $5k+/month to write briefs and call it a day Anyone whose comp model rewards spend, not profit Comp Monthly retainer plus a performance kicker on contribution margin. Sales minus ad spend, COGS, and fees — paid monthly, calculated from Shopify. Structure flexible, happy to discuss on the call.
