We operate across three divisions: TRIUNE Alert (Emergency Alert and Legal Alert), TRIUNE Care (care coordination and remote patient monitoring), and TRIUNE Law Group (Ask-A-Lawyer service). Founded in Chicago, we serve subscribers nationwide. The Role We're hiring a Growth Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing across all channels. You'll set campaign priorities tied to growth targets and own end-to-end digital marketing, including graphics, video content, SEO, and advertising. This is a player-coach role: you'll engage and coordinate team members so they and others on the broader team can record short-form video content that drives app subscriptions. This role reports to leadership and manages a team of seven, including a Video Editor, Strategic Support Specialist, Graphic Designer, Community Engagement Specialist, and three interns supporting digital engagement and community outreach. Key Responsibilities Own marketing strategy and execution across organic, paid, and community channels Set and manage campaign priorities aligned to subscriber growth targets (installs, conversions, retention) Engage team members and broader stakeholders to record short-form video content, then route footage to the Video Editor for production Manage SEO, content marketing, and brand consistency across the TRIUNE Alert, Care, and Law Group divisions Run Google and Meta campaigns when paid acquisition is part of the plan Manage a team of seven across video, design, community outreach, and digital engagement Track performance metrics and report on growth outcomes (installs, paid subscriptions, conversion lift, churn) What We're Looking For 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of growing a consumer app or subscription product Strong organic and content marketing instincts; comfort with paid acquisition as one tool among many Ability to motivate and coordinate team members and partners to capture short-form video content Hands-on SEO and content marketing experience Comfort managing a small team of creatives, interns, and specialists Strong analytical skills with the ability to tie marketing activity to subscriber growth and retention Excellent written and verbal communication Mission-driven, organized, and comfortable in a high-growth environment Nice to Have Experience marketing health, safety, legal, or wellness products Background in HealthTech, SaaS, or mobile app marketing Located in Chicago or the surrounding area Compensation $15–$25/hour, based on experience 10–20 hours per week Commission on each mobile subscriber acquired
