Summary

We are a B2B data intelligence platform. We sell signals — which companies are hiring, spending, moving people, warming up as buyers — to commercial teams tired of reacting to what is already public. Customers include large media and agency groups. We have an SDR running cold outbound. This role sits in front of them: you manufacture warmth and intent at the top of the funnel, then hand it over hot. Nothing here is measured on impressions. Everything is measured on meetings. The handoff you are building You ship a surface — an asset request, a data drop, an ad, an event, a website visit. Someone engages. An alert fires within seconds into Slack and SMS. Sales calls within 15 minutes. The account is suppressed from every cold sequence it was sitting in. The meeting books, tagged by source and variant. That plumbing is the job. A warm lead sitting in a queue for a day is worth a fraction of the same lead called in five minutes. What you build — three surfaces 1. Request-an-asset flow. Prospects request a custom data read on a small sample of their own world — a data point, a fit score, an engagement list, a short report. Page, copy, form, gating on work email plus role, and the 48-hour ops behind it. Hand-built first by our account team, productised second. There is no free trial; the asset is the trial. The same artefacts feed the SDR's sequences. 2. Weekly signal drops. Proprietary data posted weekly on LinkedIn and emailed: who sponsored what this week, category heat, executive moves. Everyone who engages gets scraped with our own engagement engine and enters the hot lane. You ghost-draft 2–3 posts a week for two senior leaders, which feeds the same scrape. The drop demos the product every time it runs. 3. Visits, events, paid. Website visitor identification resolved to the 2–4 target roles at that account. Conference plays — badge scans and attendee lists around major industry events, targeting 15–20 meetings per event without a booth. Instagram retargeting of the engaged pool and LinkedIn ads. Every click fires the same immediate-call rule. Paid stays capped until cost per held meeting beats our outbound baseline. What you own end to end The landing pages, forms and copy for every surface Alerting: Slack, SMS, source tagging, CRM wiring The SLA dashboard we read every Monday Email list building and the newsletter Retargeting audiences and paid spend inside budget Cost per held meeting by source — the number that settles every budget argument 30 / 60 / 90 Day 30: asset request flow live and taking requests. Engagement-scrape loop running. Alerting and source tagging wired into the CRM. Day 60: weekly signal drop shipping with 150+ ICP subscribers. Retargeting audiences built. First cost-per-meeting-by-source report. Day 90: first conference play executed. Asset flow part-automated. 10–15 warm-sourced meetings a month running. Success metrics Warm-sourced held meetings: 10–15 a month by day 90. This is the north star; everything else is an input. Cost per held meeting by source: beats our outbound baseline. Asset requests: rising week on week. Alert-to-call SLA: 90%+ inside 15 minutes. Newsletter subscribers: 500 by day 90. Compensation Full time, 40 hours a week. No commission structure. Tools and ad budget under $2,000 a month, separate from your fee, until a channel beats our cost per meeting — then it earns more. Requirements You have built a lead capture funnel end to end yourself — page, form, automation, CRM — not briefed someone else to do it. You are comfortable in no-code and light-code: Webflow or similar, Zapier or Make, HubSpot, webhooks. You will be wiring things together constantly. You have run LinkedIn organic for a B2B brand and can show posts that produced pipeline, not likes. You have run paid on LinkedIn or Meta with a cost-per-conversion target you were held to. Native-level written British English. You will be ghost-drafting for senior executives. GDPR-aware. UK and EU prospects, visitor identification and scraping both sit inside privacy review. You report a number every Monday and you do not hide from it. Nice to have Sports, sponsorship or media exposure. Clay. Visitor ID tools (RB2B, Leadfeeder, Vector). Video or design ability. Tooling HubSpot, Webflow or Framer, Zapier or Make, Slack, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, an ESP. How we work Hacky and shipped over polished and planned. If the first version of the asset flow is a Typeform, a Slack webhook and a human doing the work by hand, that is correct.
