Worldwide
About TalleFlow TalleFlow is a CRM and business management platform built for creative professionals, including photo booth owners, photographers, DJs, planners, and other event businesses. We help users manage leads, projects, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, client communication, and business operations in one place. The Project We are looking for an experienced growth marketer to execute a competitor conquest campaign targeting entrepreneurs and photo booth owners researching Photo Booth Supply Co, Salsa booths, Guac booths, Fiesta software, and related products. We already have a detailed campaign strategy, including: Proposed Google Ads campaign structure Initial keyword groups and negative keywords Advertising concepts Comparison-page positioning High-intent SEO topics Community monitoring workflows A 30-day execution roadmap Your job is to validate, refine, and execute the strategy. This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone comfortable working directly inside Google Ads, analytics platforms, website tools, and content workflows. Primary Objective Capture high-intent traffic from people evaluating photo booth hardware, software, startup costs, and business-management tools. The positioning must clearly communicate that TalleFlow does not replace photo booth hardware or capture software. TalleFlow manages the business behind the booth, including leads, contracts, invoices, payments, projects, and client communication. Scope of Work 1. Google Ads Conquest Campaign Validate the initial competitor keyword research Build separate ad groups for competitor alternatives, pricing, software, booth models, ROI, and CRM intent Configure exact-match and phrase-match keywords Build and maintain a comprehensive negative keyword list Write and test multiple responsive search ads Configure sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, and other relevant assets Set up campaign budgets and bidding Review search terms regularly and prevent support-related searches from consuming budget Optimize toward qualified signups, activated users, and booked demonstrations 2. Competitor Comparison Landing Page Refine the copy and structure for a “TalleFlow vs. Photo Booth Supply Co” page Clearly explain the difference between hardware, capture software, and CRM software Build or help implement the page inside our existing website Add an objective feature and category comparison Include properly sourced pricing, subscription, compatibility, and warranty claims Add relevant disclosures and “last verified” dates Create strong calls to action for free signups and personalized walkthroughs Optimize the page for paid traffic and organic search Set up an A/B testing plan for the hero section and primary CTA 3. ROI and Break-Even Lead Magnet Create a useful photo booth business calculator covering: Hardware costs Software subscriptions Printer and device costs Insurance CRM and business software Payment-processing fees Average revenue per event Contribution margin Estimated break-even events The calculator may be built as a website tool, Google Sheet, downloadable spreadsheet, or another format you recommend. It must connect to a lead-capture and email follow-up workflow. 4. SEO Content Production Research, write, optimize, and publish three high-intent articles: Salsa 2 Total Cost in 2026: Hardware, Fiesta Fees, and a Photo Booth Break-Even Calculator Can You Use Other Software With a Salsa 2 Booth? Fiesta, LumaBooth, Snappic, and Warranty Questions Explained Best CRM for Salsa 2 and Guac Booth Owners in 2026: 9 Features You Need Beyond Capture Software Each article should include: Original research using authoritative sources A comparison table Clear disclosure of TalleFlow’s affiliation Internal links Calls to action A downloadable resource where relevant An FAQ section with appropriate schema On-page SEO recommendations Meta title and meta description AI may be used to support research and drafting, but the final content must be accurate, useful, natural, and properly sourced. We do not want generic AI-generated filler. 5. Analytics and Conversion Tracking Configure or validate Google Ads conversion tracking Configure GA4 events and campaign attribution Create consistent UTM parameters Track free signups, activated signups, booked demos, and paid conversions Recommend an attribution method for leads that originate from community engagement Build a simple weekly performance report Report performance by keyword, search query, ad, device, and landing-page conversion rate 6. Community and Social Listening Monitor relevant public Reddit communities and approved Facebook Groups Identify discussions involving photo booth startup costs, booth recommendations, competitor products, capture software, and CRMs Maintain a social-listening opportunity log Prepare helpful, non-spammy responses Disclose the relationship with TalleFlow whenever promoting the company Track responses, clicks, conversations, signups, and demos Help turn recurring questions into additional content opportunities We will not use fake customer accounts, undisclosed promotion, automated commenting, or deceptive community tactics.
