About Us Golf Fit is changing the way golfers improve. Most golfers believe they need a better swing. We believe they need a better body. We help golfers identify the physical limitations that contribute to common swing problems—such as slicing, loss of distance, poor consistency, and limited rotation. Every golfer completes a short assessment and receives a personalized weekly training plan built specifically for their body, goals, and golf game. We're launching a completely new customer acquisition funnel and are looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to help us scale. About the Role This is much more than managing Facebook ads. We are looking for someone who understands customer acquisition from end to end and enjoys testing, learning, and improving every step of the funnel. You'll work directly with the founder to optimize our launch and ongoing growth. Responsibilities Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns Create, test, and optimize campaign structures Launch and evaluate creative tests every week Improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition Build and manage retargeting audiences Optimize our landing pages through A/B testing and data-driven recommendations Monitor funnel performance from ad click-through to membership signup Recommend improvements to messaging, offers, and creative Provide weekly reporting with actionable insights—not just metrics Collaborate with our creative team as new ads, videos, and landing pages are produced What Makes This Opportunity Different We're not selling another fitness app. We're building an educational brand that helps golfers understand why they're struggling—and provides a personalized solution. You'll have access to a growing library of creative assets, including: Educational static ads Scroll ads Founder videos Motion graphics Case studies Personalized assessment funnel Weekly email sequences You'll be helping shape the growth strategy, not simply managing campaigns. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience managing Meta Ads Strong understanding of conversion funnels Experience with A/B testing Ability to analyze campaign data and identify opportunities Excellent written English Strong communication skills Self-directed and proactive Preferred: Experience marketing subscriptions or memberships Experience in golf, sports, fitness, or health Familiarity with Webflow Experience with email marketing Understanding of Google Analytics and Meta reporting Experience optimizing landing pages Success Looks Like Rather than focusing on vanity metrics, you'll help us improve the numbers that matter: Cost per Landing Page Visitor Landing Page Conversion Rate Assessment Completion Rate Cost per Completed Assessment Trial Start Rate Paid Membership Conversion Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Hours We expect this to begin as a part-time engagement (approximately 10–20 hours per week), with the potential to grow into a long-term role as the company scales.
