# Growth Marketer / Growth Hacker for Gaming, Crypto, Influencer & Creator Outreach We are hiring multiple Growth Marketers and Growth Hackers for several marketing-related roles. We are looking for people who understand online growth, creator outreach, influencer partnerships, crypto/gaming communities, and performance-driven marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is aggressive, organized, creative, and able to execute outreach and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You do not need to be an expert in every area listed below, but you should have strong experience in at least one relevant growth channel. Candidates who can handle multiple areas will be strongly preferred. ## Responsibilities You may be involved in one or more of the following growth marketing areas: ### X / Crypto Twitter Influencer Outreach * Identify relevant X/Twitter influencers in crypto, gaming, esports, betting, Web3, and related niches. * Conduct cold outreach to influencers and content creators. * Negotiate or help start conversations around partnerships, promotions, shoutouts, affiliate deals, and other marketing collaborations. * Understand Crypto Twitter culture, influencer tiers, engagement quality, and what makes an influencer worth contacting. * Track all outreach activity inside our internal marketing dashboard. ### Creator & Streamer Outreach * Identify relevant Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and gaming streamers. * Reach out to creators for potential partnerships, campaigns, sponsorships, or promotional collaborations. * Understand gaming communities and how streamers influence user acquisition. * Help build a pipeline of streamers and content creators for ongoing marketing campaigns. * Log all creator communication and campaign progress in our dashboard. ### Reddit & Community Marketing * Understand Reddit marketing strategies, subreddit targeting, and community engagement. * Identify subreddits relevant to our niche. * Help plan and execute Reddit growth campaigns in a way that feels authentic and does not look spammy. * Understand post timing, upvoting strategies, subreddit rules, and how to create engagement in relevant communities. ### X Advertising & Paid Campaign Support * Help manage or support X/Twitter ad campaigns. * Assist with targeting, ad copy, creative testing, campaign tracking, and performance analysis. * Understand how to test different audiences, hooks, and marketing angles. * Track campaign performance and report results clearly. ### Marketing Operations & Campaign Tracking * Input outreach campaigns, influencer lists, creator conversations, campaign status, and follow-ups into our marketing dashboard. * Keep outreach organized and updated. * Follow up consistently with influencers, streamers, and partners. * Provide regular updates on what was done, who was contacted, who responded, and what next steps are needed. ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a true growth hacker who can execute quickly and think creatively. You should be comfortable testing different marketing angles, contacting people directly, and finding unconventional ways to grow a brand. You may be a strong fit if you have experience with any of the following: * Crypto Twitter / X influencer outreach * Web3, crypto, gaming, esports, or betting-related marketing * Twitch streamer outreach * Kick streamer outreach * YouTube creator partnerships * Reddit marketing and subreddit targeting * X/Twitter ad campaign management * Influencer research and cold outreach * Affiliate or partner marketing * Community growth * Viral marketing strategies * Growth hacking across multiple online platforms * CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards, or campaign tracking tools ## Requirements * Must be comfortable doing cold outreach. * Must be organized and able to log all work into a dashboard. * Must understand how to communicate professionally with influencers, creators, and potential partners. * Must be able to research and identify high-quality prospects. * Must be proactive and able to suggest new growth ideas. * Must be reliable with follow-ups and campaign tracking. * Strong written English is preferred. * Experience in gaming, crypto, Web3, esports, betting, or creator marketing is a major plus. ## Important Notes We are hiring for multiple positions. Some roles may focus heavily on X influencer outreach, while others may focus more on Reddit, Twitch, Kick, paid ads, or general growth marketing. You do not need to know every platform perfectly. If you have a strong specialty in one area, such as Crypto Twitter outreach, streamer partnerships, Reddit marketing, or X ads, we still want to hear from you. However, candidates who can operate across multiple platforms and bring a true growth hacker mindset will be prioritized. ## How to Apply Please include the following in your application: 1.
