Growth Marketer for Participant Recruitment

I'm looking for an experienced growth marketer who excels at acquiring niche audiences through paid social. The immediate goal is to recruit qualified participants for a customer research study. If the collaboration goes well, there is potential for ongoing work as we continue validating and launching new products. The project We're recruiting frequent travelers for a paid online research interview. The first engagement is intentionally small. I want someone who can: Recommend the best paid acquisition channels (Reddit, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) Create compelling ad copy and creative Launch and optimize a small pilot campaign Improve participant quality while keeping acquisition costs reasonable Recommend landing page or screener improvements if needed If the pilot is successful, we'll scale toward recruiting approximately 100 qualified participants. Ideal experience I'm looking for someone with experience running paid acquisition campaigns for niche consumer audiences. Experience with any of the following is especially valuable: Reddit Ads Meta Ads Google Ads Consumer lead generation Survey or research participant recruitment High-income or luxury audiences Travel audiences Market research experience is a bonus, but not required.
