Growth Marketer / Agency for AI Content SaaS - Performance-Based (Retainer + Recurring Commission) Avenote.co is an AI content studio - it turns voice recordings into finished content: transcriptions, summaries, blog posts, social media updates, emails, and more. The product is live, freemium (free tier + paid upgrade), and has just launched with a small early user base. Now we need someone to drive growth - free signups, and more importantly, conversions to paid. We're looking for a freelancer or small agency to own marketing and growth for the product - not just execute tasks, but bring a strategy and be accountable for results. This is a performance-based role. We're offering a nominal monthly retainer of AED 1,000 plus 30% of the recurring subscription revenue generated from users you bring in and convert to paid (commission continues for as long as those users remain subscribed - attribution method to be agreed before contract starts). We don't have a paid ad budget right now, so we're looking for someone who can drive both signups and paid conversions through organic and low-cost channels - content, SEO, communities, social, influencer/creator partnerships, product-led tactics (referrals, waitlists, etc.), or other approaches you'd recommend. We're open to your proposed strategy. Why this could be a great fit for the right person: if you perform well, we're open to discussing a longer-term, more formalized partnership beyond this initial engagement - including a potential equity or managing-partner role. This trial period is about proving fit for both sides before we go there.
