Growth Marketing Associate

We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Associate to help scale our customer acquisition and engagement efforts. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who's analytical, creative, and eager to experiment. What you'll do Plan and run growth experiments across channels (paid, email, social, SEO) Track and report on key metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and retention Build and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creative Identify new acquisition opportunities and test them quickly Collaborate with product and content teams to improve the funnel What we're looking for 1–3 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing Strong writing skills and an eye for what makes people click A self-starter who's comfortable owning projects with minimal oversight Bonus: experience with paid acquisition or marketing automation tools
