I run a hybrid business with two major pillars, and I am looking for a brilliant, proactive Growth Marketing & Content Manager to take over the distribution, execution, and sales strategy of my content. Our business pillars:The AI Academy: Two launched, on-demand AI courses. We have a Lead Magnet (Free AI Prompt Guide) and an email list of ~110 subscribers. Interior Design & 3D Rendering: High-end interior design, execution, and 3D rendering services targeted at real estate professionals, developers, and private clients. You will NOT create content from scratch. I will provide high-quality raw footage from my courses, professional photoshoot images, and design renders. Your Responsibilities: Content Repurposing & Omnichannel Distribution: Turn raw videos, design renders, and concepts into engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and polished written posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.B2C Course Funnel (AI Academy): Optimize and expand our automated email sequences in Squarespace and manage ManyChat flows to convert social media viewers into course students. B2B Lead Generation (Interiors & Rendering): Showcase my interior projects and high-quality 3D renders on LinkedIn and Instagram in a way that attracts real estate developers and high-ticket clients. Engagement & Sales Routing: Monitor comments and DMs, engage with the community, and strategically guide prospects toward the free guide, the course sales page, or booking an interior consultation. Requirements:Proven track record in scaling online course businesses AND promoting premium/B2B services. Native or professional fluent English writer and communicator (crucial for B2B client acquisition). Tech stack mastery: Highly proficient with Squarespace, ManyChat, CapCut/Premiere, and LinkedIn/Instagram algorithms. Proactive, stress-reducing mindset: You bring ideas, structure the content calendar, and execute independently.
