Growth Marketing VA / Freelancer – SaaS Launch, Outreach & Social Media

We are launching SmartReferralHub.com, a SaaS platform that helps businesses turn their existing customers into a marketing team through referrals, reviews, social sharing, testimonials, and customer rewards. We are looking for one or more experienced freelancers or Virtual Assistants to help execute our go-to-market strategy. Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include: * Finding and engaging with relevant Facebook and LinkedIn groups * Organic promotion through Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other online communities * Finding business owners and qualified prospects * LinkedIn outreach and relationship building * Cold email prospecting and follow-ups * Comment marketing and community engagement * Posting and repurposing content across social platforms * Researching influencers, industry associations, CRMs, software companies, and potential strategic partners * SaaS directory submissions and basic SEO and outreach * Maintaining prospect lists and tracking results * Testing different industries, messages, and acquisition channels * Helping identify which marketing activities actually generate demos, trials, and customers Who We Are Looking For We do not expect one person to be an expert at everything. We are open to hiring one strong all-around VA or multiple specialists covering different parts of the strategy. Experience with SaaS, B2B lead generation, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Reddit, cold email, or organic growth is a major plus. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, creative, and results-driven. We do not want someone who simply waits for daily instructions.
