Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) – Europe or US Preferred | Remote About Us We are building a modern B2B software platform and are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help establish our brand, generate qualified leads, and build a scalable marketing engine. This is a strategic role—not just a social media position. We are looking for someone who can own our marketing direction, identify growth opportunities, and execute campaigns that deliver measurable business results. The engagement starts as a freelance/contract role with strong potential for a long-term partnership. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy. Identify the best customer acquisition channels. Improve brand positioning and messaging. Plan and manage content marketing initiatives. Grow our LinkedIn presence and outbound campaigns. Support product launches and feature announcements. Recommend website conversion improvements. Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics. Collaborate with design and engineering teams. Continuously test new growth strategies. Requirements 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience. Based in Europe or the United States (preferred). Experience with growth marketing and demand generation. Strong LinkedIn marketing experience. Experience with SEO, email marketing, and analytics. Excellent written English. Able to work independently and proactively. Nice to Have Startup experience. Experience marketing SaaS, AI, ERP, or developer tools. Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Please Include When applying, please include: A brief introduction. Relevant B2B SaaS projects. Marketing channels you've managed.
