Growth Marketing Manager Needed for Creator SaaS Platform (Long-Term Opportunity)

Description: We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to help grow an early-stage creator SaaS platform. Our product is a modern link-in-bio platform designed for creators, influencers, and online businesses. We are building a unique creator growth experience with gamification, education, and engagement features to help users grow their audience and monetize their online presence. Your role will be to create and execute growth strategies, identify the best acquisition channels, and help us build a strong creator community. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands SaaS growth, creator economy, and building products from the early stage. We're looking for someone who can think strategically but also execute quickly. Requirements: Strong experience in SaaS growth marketing Experience with creator economy, social media, or community-driven products Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing Experience building growth strategies from scratch Experience with user acquisition and conversion optimization Ability to analyze data and run growth experiments Experience creating referral, ambassador, or affiliate programs is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: Develop a complete growth strategy Identify the best channels to acquire creators Build influencer and creator partnership strategies Create viral marketing campaigns Develop ambassador and referral programs Optimize user onboarding and activation Analyze growth metrics and provide recommendations Research competitors and market opportunities Work closely with the product team to improve user growth Open to Everyone: We are open to working with talented people from all backgrounds.
