Growth Marketing Operations & AI Specialist (Part-Time | Remote) About Us We operate three growing businesses based in New York City: * Imperial Concierge – Luxury Chauffeur & Executive Transportation Services * iLimoww – Global Chauffeur and Transportation Solutions * D&R Construction – Residential & Commercial Construction Services We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Growth Marketing Operations & AI Specialist to help expand our digital presence, improve marketing systems, and implement AI-driven workflows. This is not a typical social media manager role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, taking initiative, and helping a growing business improve every month. --- Working Hours * Part-Time * 20 hours per week * Monday – Friday * Must be available during Eastern Time (New York) business hours * Long-term opportunity --- Compensation * Up to $1,000/month * Potential for increased hours and compensation based on performance --- Responsibilities Content Marketing & Brand Growth * Create and schedule LinkedIn content * Repurpose content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms * Assist with blog creation and publishing * Create basic Canva graphics and marketing materials * Coordinate email marketing campaigns * Help maintain consistent brand presence across all companies Website & SEO Execution * Publish and update website content * Create service and location pages * Implement on-page SEO recommendations * Monitor keyword rankings and website performance * Assist with local SEO initiatives AI & Automation * Build and improve workflows using ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and similar tools * Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated * Create AI-assisted content workflows * Research and implement new AI tools that improve efficiency * Document processes and create SOPs Marketing Operations * Track marketing KPIs * Monitor website traffic and lead generation performance * Maintain reporting dashboards * Conduct competitor research * Recommend improvements based on data and trends --- Required Skills * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong organizational skills * Experience with ChatGPT and AI tools * Experience with Canva * Experience with Zoho apps * Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms * Familiarity with SEO fundamentals * Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems * Strong internet research skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision --- Bonus Skills * Zapier * Make.com * HubSpot automation * Zoho One automation * Google Analytics * Google Search Console * Local SEO * Construction industry marketing experience * Luxury service industry marketing experience --- What We Value Most We care more about initiative and problem-solving than certifications.
