Growth Marketing & Product Launch Lead for AI SaaS - Full-Time, 3-Month Initial Contract About Lumexa Lumexa is an AI-powered platform that turns a business idea into a complete working web application. Instead of asking users to write complex prompts, debug code, connect multiple tools, and manage deployment, Lumexa asks a structured series of questions and uses the answers to create a functional web application. Users can create products such as: * SaaS applications * Marketplaces * Booking platforms * Membership websites * CRM systems * Job boards * E-commerce platforms * Educational platforms * Internal business tools * Event and community platforms Lumexa is preparing for its public launch, and we are looking for an experienced growth marketing professional to own and execute our go-to-market campaign. This is not a social media posting role. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, measuring, and improving a complete product-launch and user-acquisition campaign across multiple channels. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing & Product Launch Lead who can take ownership of Lumexa’s initial launch and user-acquisition program. You will work directly with the founders and technical team. Your responsibility is to turn our existing launch strategy into a properly managed execution plan, coordinate all contributors, launch campaigns, track performance, and move budget toward the channels producing the best users. You should be able to operate strategically while also doing hands-on work. You will not be expected to personally design every graphic, edit every video, or write product code. However, you will be expected to manage the people performing those tasks and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Main Objective Your primary objective is not simply to generate website traffic or free registrations. You will be responsible for acquiring users who: 1. Visit the Lumexa website 2. Create an account 3. Start a project 4. Complete the product questions 5. Generate an application 6. Publish or actively use the application 7. Upgrade to a paid subscription 8. Refer other users All marketing activity must be measured against meaningful activation, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics. ____________ Responsibilities 1. Define Positioning and Target Audiences You will help refine Lumexa’s positioning for different customer segments. Initial customer segments may include: * Non-technical founders * Entrepreneurs building an MVP * Freelancers and consultants * Small-business owners * Product managers * Marketing and software agencies * Companies building internal tools You will: * Define the initial ideal customer profile * Develop messaging for each priority segment * Identify the strongest customer pain points * Create channel-specific value propositions * Ensure that all campaigns communicate a consistent product story * Test different landing-page messages * Analyze which segment produces the best activation and paid conversion The central product message is that Lumexa is designed to produce a working application, not merely generate code or an attractive user interface. 3. Build and Manage the Marketing Measurement System You will work with our technical team to ensure that the complete user journey is measurable. You will define and monitor events such as: * Landing-page visits * Registration started * Registration completed * Project started * Product questions completed * Application generation started * Application generation completed * Application previewed * Application published * Subscription started * Referral link shared * Referral registration * Referral activation You will also: * Create a consistent UTM naming structure * Build a channel-performance dashboard * Track cost per registration * Track cost per activated user * Track cost per completed application * Track cost per paying customer * Compare user quality by channel * Identify onboarding drop-off points * Work with the product team to improve activation * Report performance in a simple weekly scorecard Candidates should understand that registration volume alone is not a sufficient success metric. 4. Influencer and Creator Marketing You will build and manage an outreach campaign targeting AI, SaaS, startup, no-code, and technology creators. Your responsibilities will include: * Researching and identifying at least 100 relevant creators * Evaluating creators based on audience fit, average views, engagement, geography, and previous content * Creating a creator database and tracking system * Dividing creators into priority tiers * Finding verified contact information * Writing personalized outreach messages * Managing follow-up communication * Negotiating fixed-fee, affiliate, and hybrid arrangements * Coordinating product access and onboarding sessions * Creating a concise Creator Brief * Managing publication dates * Providing creators with unique tracking links and offers * Ensuring that sponsorship disclosure requirements are followed * Measuring visits, registrations, activated users, and paying users from each creator * Identifying strong creator content that can be reused for advertising * Building long-term relationships with the best-performing creators You must be comfortable negotiating deals and communicating professionally with creators and their managers. 5. Your responsibilities include: * Researching relevant subreddits * Reviewing the rules of each community * Building an authentic participation history * Answering relevant questions * Writing educational and experience-based posts * Contacting moderators when promotional rules are unclear * Creating founder-led posts and AMA opportunities * Introducing Lumexa only when genuinely relevant * Measuring traffic, activation, and conversion * Testing small Reddit advertising campaigns * Stopping campaigns that produce low-quality registrations The successful candidate must understand community marketing and should not treat Reddit as a link-distribution platform. 9. Referral Program You will work with our product team to design, launch, and improve a user-referral program. Tasks include: * Defining the qualifying referral event * Recommending appropriate rewards * Creating referral milestones * Writing referral copy and emails * Defining where referral prompts appear within the product * Creating prewritten sharing messages * Coordinating referral-dashboard requirements * Defining basic fraud-prevention rules * Measuring referral sharing, registration, activation, and paid conversion * Improving the referral loop over time Referral rewards should generally be tied to meaningful user activation, rather than an unverified registration. 10. Responsibilities include: * Organizing weekly live application-building demonstrations * Collecting application ideas from viewers * Coordinating live-stream production * Managing Q&A sessions * Creating and managing a Slack or Discord community * Defining channels and community rules * Welcoming new users * Collecting feedback and bug reports * Identifying potential case studies * Featuring user-built applications * Managing Founder Member benefits * Turning highly engaged users into creators, advocates, affiliates, and referral partners 14.
