What you’ll be responsible for * Developing customer acquisition strategies * Planning and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns * Building lead generation funnels * SEO strategy * Brand positioning * Marketing analytics and performance reporting * Working closely with the founders to define our growth strategy We’re looking for someone who: * Has proven experience generating qualified leads * Has managed successful paid advertising campaigns * Understands branding and positioning * Makes decisions based on data, not assumptions * Can explain the reasoning behind every strategy * Is confident in delivering measurable results * Communicates clearly and works proactively Nice to have * Experience working with digital agencies * Experience in B2B marketing * Experience scaling service-based businesses * Knowledge of CRM and automation tools What we expect We’re looking for someone who has already proven themselves in the market.
