Growth Marketing Specialist for AI Agency

Hi! We are Buffalo AI, an AI automation agency based in Spain. We help companies automate customer service and internal processes through AI Voice Agents, AI Chat Agents and custom AI solutions. We are not looking for a typical freelancer. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and grow with us over the long term. Initially, your main responsibility will be: Build and manage Google Ads campaigns. Generate qualified B2B leads. Continuously optimize campaign performance. Improve conversion rates. Help us scale customer acquisition. As we grow, we'd like you to take ownership of our entire acquisition strategy, including: Google Ads Meta Ads Landing page optimization Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analytics & Tracking (GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking) New acquisition channels Growth strategy We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience generating B2B leads. Can demonstrate real results with previous clients. Speaks Spanish fluently (required). Is proactive and brings ideas instead of just following instructions. Communicates clearly and transparently. Thinks like a business partner, not just a freelancer. Wants to build something long-term.
