Growth Marketing for Startup

We’re building a platform that connects curious learners with people who can teach, guide, and support them around what they want to learn. Our waitlist is live and our MVP is in development. We’re looking for someone hands-on to lead our early growth, building our initial audience, guide network, and community from the ground up. We already have design support for graphics and branded content. We need someone who can think beyond posting - how do we reach the right people, get them interested, start conversations, and turn that interest into an early community and user base? The right candidate would develop and execute our early growth strategy, including: * Finding and reaching potential learners and guides through scalable outreach * Identifying partnerships, communities, and other growth opportunities * Creating a social media plan that supports broader growth * Working with our designer on content and campaigns * Testing channels, messaging, and new ideas We’re looking for someone resourceful, strategic, and hands-on who is comfortable taking ownership,. AI is fine as a tool, but we’re not looking for generic AI-written posts, lead lists, content calendars, or strategies. We are looking for someone who understands the audience, brings original ideas, and turns those ideas into action.
