Growth Operations Associate (Social, Outreach, Blogs, Community Research)

I run F-1Careers, a career and immigration strategy platform that helps international students and professionals navigate F-1, OPT, H-1B, RFEs, green card strategy, employer sponsorship, and U.S. career growth. I'm looking for a sharp Growth Operations Associate to own daily execution: social media posts, AI-assisted blog drafts, lead and community research (Reddit, Blind, LinkedIn), email drafting, CRM updates, business development outreach, and follow-up systems. This is not a generic VA role. I need someone with excellent written English, strong judgment, comfort with AI tools, sharp attention to detail, and the discipline to execute consistently against SOPs. Important: You will not give legal advice. You will use approved templates and escalate sensitive immigration questions. No spamming communities, fake accounts, or hiding your affiliation.
