Growth Operations Manager | Websites, Systems & Client Delivery About House of Avento House of Avento is a boutique growth partner based in Australia. I don’t see myself as a traditional marketing agency. I partner with founder-led service businesses to help them grow through premium positioning, high-converting websites, local SEO, Google Business optimisation, paid advertising and ongoing digital growth. Most of our clients are builders, electricians, landscapers, marine businesses, premium transport companies and other service businesses that do incredible work but don’t have the online presence to match. Our goal isn’t to simply build websites. Our goal is to build businesses that become leaders in their market. We’re growing quickly, and I’m looking for someone who wants to build this alongside me - not simply complete tasks. About Me Hi, I’m Harry. 26 years old. I’m the founder of House of Avento. I work directly with every client, developing their growth strategy, understanding their goals and positioning their business for long-term growth. Once I sell the vision, I need someone exceptional who can help bring it to life. Someone who loves systems. Someone who enjoys organising projects. Someone who notices the little details. The Opportunity This isn’t a virtual assistant position. It isn’t simply a website designer. It isn’t a project manager. It’s a hybrid role!! You’ll become my right-hand person for the service side of House of Avento. Every new client starts with me. I understand their business. I build the strategy. I sell the vision. From there, I want to confidently hand the project to you. You’ll own the operational side of delivery while working closely with me throughout the process. Over time you’ll become responsible for ensuring every client has an incredible experience from onboarding through to ongoing monthly management. As the business grows, this role has the opportunity to become Head of Client Delivery. ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing Client Onboarding * Create new client workspaces * Organise onboarding * Collect logos, photos and assets * Collect website access * Collect Google Business access * Collect hosting and domain information * Keep every project organised ⸻ Research Before we build anything, every client needs research. This includes: * Competitor analysis * Local market research * Website inspiration * Keyword research * Service research * Customer research * Design references You’ll organise this into clear documentation before production begins. ⸻ Website Production You’ll either already know Lovable or be excited to learn it quickly. Responsibilities include: * Building websites * Updating existing websites * Landing pages * Mobile optimisation * QA testing * SEO implementation * Publishing projects * Continuous improvements ⸻ Google & Local SEO Every client relies on local trust. You’ll help manage: * Google Business Profiles * Google Posts * Reviews * Service updates * Photos * Local SEO improvements * Search Console * Analytics ⸻ Systems & Operations This is probably the biggest part of the role. I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order. You’ll help build and improve our internal operating system. Examples include: * Client dashboards * SOPs * Task management * Automation * Templates * Documentation * Checklists * Internal knowledge base I don’t expect everything to exist already. I want someone excited about helping build it. ⸻ Ongoing Client Success Every month you’ll help ensure clients receive ongoing value through: * Website improvements * Google updates * Publishing completed projects * Technical fixes * Reporting * Client communication * Continuous optimisation ⸻ Skills We’re Looking For Must Have: * Excellent English communication * Extremely organised * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable working independently * Strong problem-solving ability * Experience working with websites * Great understanding of UX * Comfortable using AI every day * Able to think ahead rather than wait for instructions Experience With: * Lovable * Webflow * Framer * WordPress * Google Business Profile * Search Console * Google Analytics * Notion * ClickUp * Airtable * Zapier * Make * Figma * Basic SEO You don’t need experience with every platform. I’m far more interested in your ability to learn quickly. ⸻ Who You’ll Work Best With You’ll probably enjoy this role if: * You love improving systems. * You naturally organise everything. * You like taking ownership. * You enjoy solving problems. * You genuinely care about quality. * You like learning new technology. * You enjoy helping businesses grow. * You like working directly alongside founders. * You prefer building something long-term rather than freelancing across dozens of clients. ⸻ What Success Looks Like Within your first three months I’d love to reach a point where I can finish a client strategy call, record a short project briefing, hand everything over to you, and know with confidence that the project will move forward without me needing to manage every detail. Eventually, I’d like you to own the operational side of House of Avento while I focus on strategy, client relationships, business development and growth. ⸻ Why This Role Is Different I’m not looking for someone to simply complete tasks. I’m looking for someone who wants to help build something. If we work well together, I expect this role to grow significantly over the coming years. There will be opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership and performance-based incentives as House of Avento continues to expand.
