🚀 Growth & Operations Integrator (Future Head of Operations) Full-Time | Remote | $700/month Base + Performance Bonuses About the (female) Founder I am a fast-moving, visionary founder building a high-performance online business focused on thought leadership, books, and leadership programs. I generate ideas quickly and focus on strategy, writing, and sales. I am not naturally systems-driven — which is exactly why I am hiring this role. I am looking for someone who loves structure, consistency, metrics, and building operational engines. If you enjoy organizing creative chaos and turning it into scalable systems, this role will energize you. Mission of This Role Build and run the operational engine behind the business. Your goal is to create professional, reliable, scalable backend systems that: • Generate consistent booked calls • Maintain structured outreach execution • Ensure content is published consistently • Track and improve KPIs weekly • Implement automation and efficiency improvements • Eventually manage additional VAs and AI systems You are not here to “assist.” You are here to build structure and own execution. Core Responsibilities (First 60–90 Days) Outreach & Lead Generation • Manage LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator + Clay • Ensure daily outreach consistency • Track commenting, reply rates, positive responses, booked calls, and show-up rates • Optimize scripts based on performance KPI & Reporting • Build and maintain a simple KPI dashboard • Provide structured weekly reporting (metrics, bottlenecks, solutions) • Flag performance drops immediately Content & Distribution • Manage podcast production workflow (Descript → publishing) • Create video version and clips • Create and Publish so-me content using Canva • Ensure weekly cadence including newsletter, podcast and live publishing is maintained Systems & Infrastructure • Edit or build pages in Kajabi (from cloned templates) • Clean and optimize Trello structure • Organize Google Drive properly • Document SOPs • Improve workflows and automations Phase 2 Growth Path (Leadership Track) As performance proves strong, you will: • Manage additional VAs • Oversee AI agents and automations • Improve funnel conversions • Own execution velocity • Step into Head of Operations role This is a long-term growth position for someone who wants increasing responsibility. Tools We Use • Trello • Google Workspace • NordPass • LinkedIn + Sales Navigator • Clay • Canva • Descript • Kajabi You should be comfortable learning quickly and improving systems inside and beyond these tools. You should be comfortable automating as much as possible and move to the next level. Working Rhythm • Weekly 30-minute strategy meeting (Monday) • Structured KPI report (Friday) • Clear weekly priorities • Authority to build and standardize operational systems Non-Negotiables • Stable high-speed internet • Backup internet solution required • Strong written English • Detail-oriented • KPI-driven mindset • High level of proactivity, professionalism and integrity • Comfortable being evaluated on results To Apply 1.
