AI Growth Operator - 100K Subscribers in 4 Months (Part-Time, Rev Share Upside)

IN SIMPLE TERMS - We're looking for one person to add 100k of the right kind of people to our email list in the next 4 months. - We assume based on speed, this would be primarily through Twitter/X, Instagram, sunstack, medium (but youtube is available if you prefer this channel or any other channel). - The right type of person will be very comfortable using AI as the lever that makes it possible solo. WHO WE ARE Sovereign Soul Network is a four-year-old coaching and community business that helps people over 40 redesign their life, manage large changes such as divorce, death, selling their business or changing environments. Every paying client we've ever had came from word of mouth or our small 4,000 person email list (and only about 2,000 of those are active). We sell well to that list. We've grown for 3.5 years off of it. We've also kept it small because we never marketed, which is what we are now ready to change. WHAT WE HAVE 400+ hours of recorded content (+ we produce 5+ new hours every month) We write insight and value-based content 3 times a week, but have never published one of them online! We have 3 year back catalogue of hundreds of emails in Richard's voice (one of our founders) we feed into AI for drafts. Two founders willing to do anything to make this work A tech person (Ali) who can build whatever automation you need. If you speak Turkish that's a bonus — you and Ali become a two-person growth machine A part-time video editor (Mohamed) who generates 2 longs and 6 shorts week currently, can do more. Diana and Kathleen - Admin and member liason. They know us inside out so you can get answers almost anytime. A founder (Dani) who runs the data side and knows AI deeply, you'll have a sparring partner (not some dumbass boss) An audience that retains 75%+ year on year. We are very, very good at keeping people who join us Collectively we are very pro AI. We run our own open claw and hermes agents, we all use co work and are very open to this sweet spot of AI and possibily that exists now. We are sitting on our assets and not deploying them and want to change that. WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS: You take our content, our founders, our team, our tech/AI stack, and you point them at the best channels you think can perform the best to generate 100k subscribers over the next 4 months. We assume those channels would be ones which grow fast (X, Insta, substake etc). You will build accounts, threads, reels, hooks and funnels into the email list. You use AI to do the work of a 5-person team because that's what the moment allows. We want to hire an operator with a portable AI stack who treats our content library like raw material. If you have read this far and this kind of thing doesnt get you excited (the chance to be let loose) then this role isnt for you OUR ICP We want 100k of the RIGHT subscribers in 4 months. Not 100k random emails. Not vanity signups. People who fit our ICP, who will open, click, and eventually buy. People older than 35 are our usual clientele but recently we have been getting younger. People who feel the gap between the life they accumulated on autopilot and the life they'd actually choose. They want to redesign (career, country, finances, identity) They're already curious about AI, Bitcoin, geo arbitrage, online income, sovereign living. They don't want or no longer want the default life. They want resign their lives with guidance from those who have done it (we have) and surrounded by those who are doing it. COMPENSATION This is structured so you have a survival floor AND massive upside if you actually deliver. Hourly base: $8-$18/hr depending on experience, Im 50/50 if I scope this as a project price so you and we both know what we're committing to. This is the floor that means you can do the work properly without scrambling. Subscriber bonus: A bonus payment for every new 10k subs that remain after 30 days We'll agree the number when you join. This rewards velocity. Revenue share is the real prize: 10% of every sale we make to anyone you brought onto the list, for 12 months from their signup date. You’ll have full visibility of all news subs and sales (we are a very transparent company) so you can check the numbers yourself. If you bring us 100k of the right people, and we sell to them the way we've sold to the last 4k, this is a fast growing number. ABOUT YOU AI NATIVE: You don't "use AI sometimes." You build with AI every day. You have your own stack. You have opinions about Claude vs ChatGPT vs Gemini. You've built things. If you have to ask what an agent is, this isn't you HANDS ON: You do the work. You're not directing a team from a distance. You're in the tools, posting, testing, iterating, every day Comfortable with public, measurable goals. 100k subs in 4 months. We'll know in week 8 if it's working. If you're scared of being measured, do not apply LANGUAGE: English at a comfortable level (thats reading, writing, speaking, listening). Voice notes and calls do happen. Most people underestimate their own English, if you can have a normal conversation, you're fine You do not need to be perfect. Turkish (not required but a solid bonus). Ali speaks Turkish. If you do too, you two will move faster Time zone: flexible, but you're expected to overlap with USA hours enough that we can move. The main founders you will work with is in Mexico. And our other founder is Bali so you can get an answer 24 hours a day. HOW WE WORK Small team. Two founders, three staff. No blame culture. You'll f**k up (we all do), but we fix it, we own it, we figure out why, we don't make it again. We move fast, pivot when something isn't working, give you permission to break things and try things and fail. If you want clear lanes and structured KPIs every Monday, you'll hate us. If you want full ownership of a function with real upside, you'll love us. You'll work primarily with Dani (Mexico). Richard (Bali). Right now Richard does all the writing and Dani will do most of the new videos required. Ali builds the tech. Mohamed cuts the video. Your job is to make people show up.
