Growth Operator / Growth Team Wanted We are looking for an experienced Growth Operator or a Growth Team that can help scale multiple brands across different niches. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling businesses from the ground up, including Shopify e-commerce brands, dropshipping stores, and social media-driven brands with existing audiences. You will be responsible for overseeing growth operations, coordinating creative production, improving offers, optimizing funnels, and managing the overall growth strategy so that the media buyer can stay focused on advertising performance. Requirements: * Proven experience scaling Shopify and e-commerce brands * Experience growing businesses from zero to consistent revenue * Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention * Ability to coordinate creatives, content, and marketing operations * Experience working with brands targeting the US, Canada, UK, and Australia * Understanding of direct response marketing and conversion optimization * Ability to work across multiple brands and industries Bonus Skills: * Creative strategy and creative direction * Video editing experience * Managing content teams and creators * Experience with Instagram-focused brands and content businesses Some brands require content creation, video editing, and social media growth, while others are primarily focused on e-commerce and paid acquisition.
