Responsibilities: * Identify and engage ideal prospects on Instagram * Start conversations through DMs * Qualify leads * Move qualified prospects into calls * Track metrics daily * Improve scripts and messaging * Test new approaches * Help build scalable lead generation systems * Continuously improve conversion rates throughout the funnel You will work directly with the founder and have significant influence over strategy.
