Growth Operator for Mobile App

We're scaling a B2C mobile app in the beauty tech space, seeking a Growth Operator to accelerate our influencer marketing efforts. Responsibilities include sourcing, outreach, and management of influencers to boost app visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in app growth strategies and working with influencers. $250/mo + performance, negotiable. What you'll do: - Source and vet TikTok/Instagram creators using defined criteria (niche fit, avg views, audience geography) - Send first-touch outreach via TikTok DMs, Instagram DMs, and email using provided templates - Track prospect pipeline in Google Sheets - Monitor active creator posts, verify performance, and flag anything that needs attention - Support contract and onboarding admin for closed deals What we're looking for: - Comfortable working independently and proactively — you own your tasks, you don't wait to be told - Familiar with TikTok and Instagram as platforms (not just as a user) - Fast learner, organized, responsive - Experience with influencer marketing is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person This is a hands-on role with direct visibility into how a fast-growing app is built.
