This is not an agency role. I’m not looking for a team, a consulting firm, or someone who will outsource the work. I need someone who is not just interested in AI, but someone who is deeply technical and already comfortable building with agents, automations, APIs, LLMs, and modern AI tooling. ## What You’ll Work On You will help build systems such as: * AI agents for growth, marketing, reporting, research, and operations * Hermes agents and other agentic workflows * Internal AI tools for e-commerce teams * Automated reporting systems across Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and other tools * AI-powered creative research and ad analysis systems * Automated customer insight extraction from reviews, emails, tickets, and surveys * AI workflows using tools like n8n, Make, OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, APIs, databases, and custom scripts * Systems that help companies move faster, reduce manual work, and make better decisions ## Who I’m Looking For The ideal person is a seasoned technical profile, ideally someone with a background in software development, engineering, automation, or technical product building. You should also have a strong business mindset. I don’t just need someone who can code. I need someone who understands why we are building something, how it creates leverage, and how it can impact revenue, speed, operations, or decision-making. You should be comfortable with: * Building AI agents and multi-step AI workflows * Working with APIs * Setting up automations * Understanding business processes and turning them into systems * Thinking from first principles * Debugging technical problems independently * Moving fast without needing constant hand-holding * Translating messy business needs into clean technical solutions ## Requirements You should have experience with some or most of the following: * LLMs and AI agents * OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs * Hermes agents or similar agent frameworks * n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools * Python or JavaScript * API integrations * Databases, Airtable, Supabase, Postgres, or Google Sheets * Cursor or other AI coding tools * E-commerce tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, or similar platforms ## Bonus Points Big plus if you understand: * E-commerce growth * Paid ads * Creative testing * Marketing analytics * Customer journeys * CRO * Reporting dashboards * Agency operations * How to build internal tools for non-technical teams ## What I Don’t Want Please do not apply if: * You are an agency * You are a salesperson selling AI services * You plan to outsource the work * You only know how to use ChatGPT prompts * You need a fully defined spec before starting anything * You are not comfortable building, testing, and debugging yourself ## What I Want I want someone who can join me as a technical AI partner and operator and say: Here’s the problem.
