Growth & Outreach Virtual Assistant

Description I run two early-stage ventures and need a reliable, AI-forward VA to drive outreach across both. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role. I set the targets and messaging; you use AI tools to run the playbook at volume, keep the pipeline moving, and report on what's working. You should already be using ChatGPT or Claude every day and be fast with them — I'm not looking to teach AI from scratch. One venture is an AI consulting business serving professional-services clients. The other is a consumer software product in a user-acquisition phase. Most of your time goes to outreach and lead-gen for both. What you'll do Run cold and warm outreach across email, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Reddit DMs to hit reply-rate targets Use AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to research prospects, draft and personalize messages at scale, and speed up every repetitive part of the workflow Identify relevant creators, influencers, and online communities, then run personalized outreach to book conversations or partnerships Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and manual research, then enrich and verify contacts Support existing cold-email infrastructure: load sequences, manage inboxes, keep lists clean Track all outreach in a CRM — statuses current, follow-ups scheduled, nothing dropped Send a brief weekly report: outreach volume, reply rates, and booked calls Required experience High proficiency with ChatGPT or Claude — you use AI daily, write effective prompts, and lean on it to move faster Proven cold DM/email outreach experience — you can show past reply rates or campaign results Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly (or similar), and any modern CRM Strong English writing that reads natural and personalized, not templated or spammy Self-directed — you take a playbook and run it without hand-holding Nice to have Experience marketing to a developer, tech, or job-seeker audience Familiarity with lead-enrichment/verification tools (Enrow, MillionVerifier, Hunter) Prior work with early-stage founders or SaaS products Working style You'll work independently and report directly to me. Flexible hours, ~20–30/week, with a 30-day paid trial to confirm fit before ongoing work. Must work EST (America/New_York) timezone. Proposals without the AI answer and the sample message won't be reviewed.
