Growth Partner Needed for Trading SaaS (Social Media, Content & Subscriber Growth)

Summary Tradevora is a trading technology platform that provides institutional supply and demand zones, exact levels inside larger market zones, real-time market context, and AI-powered trade analysis. I'm looking for a Growth Partner to help scale the business and increase paying subscribers. This is NOT a traditional social media manager role. I'm looking for someone who understands how to grow subscription businesses, generate leads, create content, build acquisition systems, and convert users into paying customers. Compensation is flexible. While an hourly rate is listed, I am primarily looking for a long-term growth partner and am open to performance-based compensation, subscriber acquisition bonuses, revenue-share arrangements, or hybrid structures for the right candidate. My goal is not simply to hire someone to post content. My goal is to find someone who can help build and scale Tradevora into a meaningful subscription business. Responsibilities: * Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.) * Create content and growth strategies * Increase website traffic and free trial signups * Help convert free users into paying subscribers * Develop partnerships and affiliate opportunities * Build systems that drive long-term subscriber growth * Track performance and improve conversion rates Success will be measured by: * Subscriber growth * Revenue growth * Free trial signups * Customer acquisition NOT simply likes, views, impressions, or engagement metrics.
