# Growth Partner for UX Design & Consulting Agency (Lead Generation, Business Development & Accountability) I'm a senior UX consultant, agency owner, and entrepreneur looking for a long-term Growth Partner to help me grow my consulting and design business. This is not a typical VA role. This is not a pure appointment setter role. I'm looking for someone who can help create opportunities, maintain momentum, and act as a force multiplier across sales, business development, and execution. ## The Mission Help me consistently generate new business opportunities, build partnerships, improve follow-through, and grow revenue. I have strong design, consulting, and product experience. My biggest challenge is juggling multiple projects and ensuring that business development happens consistently. ## What You'll Help With ### Lead Generation - Research target companies and prospects - Build prospect lists - Find decision makers - Maintain CRM - Identify outbound opportunities - Manage outreach workflows - Suggest new acquisition channels ### Business Development - Find potential agency partners - Identify white-label opportunities - Build strategic partnerships - Source referral opportunities - Research markets and niches - Help expand the agency network ### Pipeline Management - Track leads and opportunities - Follow up on conversations - Ensure opportunities don't get lost - Keep CRM organized - Monitor progress toward revenue goals ### Accountability - Keep me focused on business development activities - Follow up on agreed action items - Push for execution and consistency - Help prioritize growth activities - Create weekly plans and reviews ### Operations & Research - Competitive research - Prospect research - Market analysis - Sales process improvement - Documentation and SOPs ## Who I'm Looking For Someone with experience in one or more of the following: - Agency growth - Lead generation - Business development - B2B sales - Partnerships - Startup operations - Founder support - Revenue operations You do NOT need to be a designer.
