Growth SDR / Outbound Sales Development Representative

About Us New Republic Insurance Services is one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies specializing in contractor insurance throughout the United States. We help thousands of contractors protect their businesses through General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Builders Risk, and related insurance products. We're building our first dedicated outbound sales team to help reconnect with contractors who previously requested insurance quotes from our agency. This is not a customer service or virtual assistant role. We're looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, qualifying opportunities, and helping generate new business. This position will begin as a paid 30-day trial. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent full-time position leading our outbound growth efforts. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to contractors who previously requested insurance quotes but never connected with one of our licensed producers. Your daily responsibilities will include: Make 80–120 outbound calls each day Leave professional voicemails Send personalized follow-up emails Send SMS follow-up messages Qualify contractor prospects Ask discovery questions Identify insurance renewal dates Schedule appointments for licensed producers Maintain detailed CRM notes Follow structured multi-touch outreach sequences We're Looking For Someone Who Has Previous SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication skills Experience working inside a CRM Reliable high-speed internet A quiet, professional work environment Bonus Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Smartlead Instantly Apollo Lemlist HubSpot GoHighLevel Salesforce Velocify Insurance experience is not required.
