We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Guest Communications & Administrative Assistant to support our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role is central to delivering a seamless and high-quality guest experience. You’ll manage guest communications from the first inquiry through to post-checkout, ensuring every interaction is prompt, clear, and professional. Responsibilities include handling booking requests, confirming reservations, processing modifications or cancellations, and proactively addressing guest questions or concerns. You’ll also coordinate the guest journey behind the scenes—sending check-in instructions, confirming arrival details, and ensuring each property is fully prepared. This involves close collaboration with cleaning and maintenance teams to make sure every stay meets our standards. Keeping accurate records of reservations, guest interactions, and operational tasks will be an important part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing details. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, thinking ahead, and solving problems independently. A strong sense of accountability and a guest-first mindset are key. **Key responsibilities:** * Respond to guest inquiries quickly and professionally * Manage bookings, confirmations, and calendar updates * Coordinate check-ins and ensure properties are guest-ready * Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams * Track and maintain accurate booking and communication records * Handle guest issues with empathy and efficiency **Qualifications:** * Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals preferred * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Comfortable using booking platforms and property management tools We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
