Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable Guest Experience Coordinator to assist with guest messaging, hospitality support, and operational tasks. Initially, your primary responsibility will be responding to guest messages. As you become familiar with our systems, you’ll have opportunities to learn additional aspects of the short-term rental business, including onboarding new properties and operations. August Compensation For August, the position includes six active listings, with compensation of $480 for the month ($80 per active listing). As additional listings are added, compensation will increase accordingly. Additional projects, including onboarding new properties and operational support, are paid separately at $20/hour. Availability Most guest messages occur between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM Pacific Time. You do not need to be actively working throughout those hours. However, during your scheduled coverage periods, you’ll be expected to monitor incoming guest messages and respond promptly. During my upcoming travel period (approximately August 28 through September 9), I’ll need more consistent coverage. Additional compensation will be provided for this extended support, and we’ll discuss those details with the selected candidate.
