Another MSP uses Autotask and is outsourcing part of their support operations to our team. When their clients create support tickets in Autotask, tickets assigned to our outsourced support queue should automatically sync into our HaloPSA system. Our agents will work and respond to tickets from within HaloPSA, while all customer-facing communication should appear to come from the other MSP’s support team/email domain so the end client experiences a fully white-labeled support service. We are looking for a solution that can: Sync tickets from Autotask to HaloPSA Support bi-directional ticket updates and replies Maintain white-labeled customer communication Sync notes, statuses, and attachments Route tickets based on queue assignment Avoid duplicate tickets or sync loops
