Performance Expectations Average productivity: 34 records per day Minimum quality requirement: higher than 98% accuracy Daily volume and quality targets must be consistently met. Coding Rates (Per Record) Page Count - Rate 1–50 pages - ₹50 51–100 pages - ₹75 101–200 pages - ₹100 201+ pages - ₹150 Research & Development (R&D) Work Compensation: ₹200–₹1,000 per hour Rate will be determined based on the complexity and scope of the work. Payment Terms Payments will be processed every 10 days, subject to verification of completed work, productivity, and quality metrics. All work must comply with project guidelines and quality standards. Consistent performance is required to maintain engagement on the project.
