🚨 HIRING — Freelancer B2B Newsletter Design Especialist

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Newsletter Designer to help us create polished, professional, and visually engaging B2B newsletters. This role is primarily focused on newsletter design and execution. We will usually provide the content, articles, company updates, messaging, and key information. Your job will be to transform that content into a newsletter that looks professional, is easy to read, follows strong visual hierarchy, and is optimized for engagement. What You’ll Be Responsible For Design professional B2B newsletters in Brevo Take provided content and turn it into a clean, visually appealing newsletter Create strong layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy, and visual flow Organize content so readers can quickly understand the most important information Design effective sections, banners, buttons, CTAs, dividers, and content blocks Make newsletters look professional on both desktop and mobile Maintain visual consistency across newsletter editions Improve existing newsletter templates when needed Recommend design improvements based on email marketing best practices Build, format, test, and prepare newsletters directly inside Brevo Brevo Experience Is Required We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience working with Brevo. You should already be comfortable with: ✅ Brevo newsletter builder ✅ Email templates ✅ Responsive email design ✅ Content blocks and layouts ✅ Buttons and CTAs ✅ Image placement and optimization ✅ Mobile responsiveness ✅ Testing and previewing newsletters We do not want someone who needs to learn Brevo from scratch. What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong newsletter and email design experience ✅ Excellent visual design and layout skills ✅ Experience creating professional B2B email campaigns ✅ Ability to work with content provided by our team ✅ Strong understanding of readability, hierarchy, branding, and conversion-focused design ✅ Ability to share previous newsletter designs or portfolio examples Experience with Technology, SaaS, PropTech, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or other B2B industries is a plus. 🇺🇸 U.S.-BASED FREELANCERS ONLY You must currently be located in the United States.
