HIRING IMMEDIATELY – Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter $18/hour + $50 for EVERY qualified demo that SHOWS We are a growing SaaS company serving the automotive dealership industry. Our product is built specifically to help dealerships improve their service operations and capture opportunities they are currently missing. We're beginning to bring on our first dealerships, and we're now looking for our first dedicated sales hire to help us build the pipeline. This is an opportunity to get in very early and grow with the company. 💰 PAY $18/hour base pay PLUS: $50 for every qualified demo that actually shows up NO CAP on demo bonuses. Examples: 10 shown demos = $500 bonus 20 shown demos = $1,000 bonus 30 shown demos = $1,500 bonus 📞 WHAT YOU'LL DO Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day, depending on the day's schedule Call automotive dealerships and speak with decision-makers Introduce our software and identify potential interest Send targeted emails Make follow-up calls using our established follow-up system Book qualified product demonstrations Keep your pipeline and activity organized You are NOT responsible for closing the sale. Your primary goal is getting qualified dealership decision-makers onto a demo. Our team handles the demonstration and closing. 👤 WHO WE WANT We're looking for someone who: Is confident and comfortable on the phone Can speak naturally with business owners and dealership managers Can handle rejection without getting discouraged Is persistent with follow-up Can build rapport quickly Is motivated by performance-based compensation Shows up, works hard, and takes ownership Cold calling, B2B sales, SaaS, automotive, dealership, or appointment-setting experience is a major plus but we're willing to train the right person. 🚀 WHY JOIN US?
