HIRING Remote Business Manager / Executive Admin – Bridal Hair & Makeup Team 👰🏻‍♀️ 100+ weddings a year Looking for a detail oriented, highly organized Business Manager or Executive Admin to step in and take over the day to day operations of an established mobile bridal hair and makeup business. Our team currently consists of 6 artists, and I am looking for someone to run the backend so I can focus purely on doing services and posting on socials. Key Responsibilities: Responding promptly to bridal inquiries, sending proposals, and guiding brides through the booking process. Coordinating bridal trials, wedding day timelines, and artist scheduling for our team. Sending contracts, tracking payments, and following up on invoices. Keeping the inbox organized and maintaining warm, high-touch communication with our brides. Qualifications: Experience in admin, operations, or VA work (bridal, beauty, or event industry experience is a major plus). Strong organizational skills and great written communication. Familiarity with CRM platforms like WIX, HoneyBook or Dubsado.
