We are a company looking for an experienced land use planner/development consultant/permit consultant to help us review municipal bylaws for Toronto and Mississauga and create PDF summaries of the essential clauses as they relate to us. You should: - Be fluent in English, both reading and writing; - Have extensive experience reviewing, understanding, and translating bylaws; - Be punctual and reliable; - Have at least some working hours cross over with EST for easy communication.
