HMIS - ABDM-Compliant Patient Data Platform

# ABDM-Compliant Cloud HMIS Development (Healthcare Web Application) We are looking for an experienced healthcare software developer or development team to build a cloud-based HMIS (Hospital Management Information System) that is fully ABDM compliant. This is an MVP-focused project. Our priority is reliability, scalability, security, and ABDM integration rather than complex UI design. ## Project Requirements ### User & Clinic Management * Admin portal to create and manage login IDs. * Support multiple clinics/users within the system. * Role-based access control and permissions. ### Patient Records Each clinic should be able to: * Manage up to 1 million patient records. * Store basic ABDM-required patient information. * Create multiple medical records for each patient. Each medical record should support: * Examination notes * Diagnosis * Investigations * Prescriptions * Additional clinical notes ### ABDM Integration The system must integrate with ABDM infrastructure and support: **Record Sharing** * Share patient records when ABDM consent is provided. **Record Retrieval** * Retrieve patient records from other ABDM-compliant healthcare providers using the patient's ABDM ID. * External records should be view-only. ABDM handles patient consent through its own ecosystem, so custom consent management is not required. ABDM Sandbox Reference: https://sandboxcms.abdm.gov.in/uploads/Scan_and_share_Document_Updated_1_0_22_Aug_2024_c1b570cbf6.pdf ## Security & Compliance Required: * Data encryption at rest and in transit * Customer-controlled encryption keys * Role-based authentication and authorization * Tamper-proof audit logs for all CRUD operations * Healthcare-grade security best practices ## Technical Scope * Responsive web application (desktop and mobile friendly) * REST APIs with FHIR-ready architecture * Cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP * ABDM sandbox integration and testing * Deployment scripts and technical documentation * Compliance documentation mapping requirements to controls ## Acceptance Criteria * Fully deployed solution in a cloud environment accessible to us * Core workflows complete in under 2 seconds with a dataset of 10,000+ patient records * No critical or high-severity findings from security testing * Successful completion of all ABDM sandbox phases ## Preferred Experience Please apply only if you have experience with: * Healthcare software development * HMIS / EMR / EHR platforms * FHIR APIs * Healthcare compliance and security * ABDM integrations (highly preferred) When applying, please include: 1.
