HOA and Community Association Advisor

Title: HOA / Community Association Advisor (Hourly, Ongoing) for Education Project We are a property owner side law practice in Oregon working on construction defect and insurance recovery matters for HOAs and condo associations. We are building an education and advisory network and want someone who has sat in the manager or board seat. What you would do - Tell us what actually keeps community managers and boards up at night. - Explain how a board really decides to act on a building problem, and what stalls it. - Help us build materials managers would find useful rather than promotional. Occasional calls, roughly 2 to 4 hours a month to start. Who you are - 7+ years as a community association manager, HOA manager, or association executive. - You have handled a major building repair, reserve shortfall, or insurance claim for an association. - CMCA, AMS, or PCAM is a plus. CAI involvement is a plus. - Retired or between roles is fine. Details: Remote. Hourly. Ongoing if it is a fit.
