Summary

Attached is a mockup of the contents of a web page I need. The basic HTML is attached as well, but the text, colors and assets are not configured. It needs to be adjusted for responsive breakpoints. I expect the layout to SCALE to appear AS CLOSE to the mockup as possible, meaning everything should be calculated using VW+VH+PX values, not hard coded pixels. Attached should be everything you need. Deliver the complete HTML and get PAID.
