HUD Accessory for Microscope

I have a functional prototype of a HUD accessory that mounts onto a precision optical microscope via accessory port. It uses a 0.71" HDMI microdisplay, beam splitter, and a single collimating lens to overlay real-time data into the optical path. The current prototype uses a generic Chinese board that overheats, has no fine-tuning mechanism for collimation adjustment, and the housing was designed in TinkerCAD — it works but is not presentable or manufacturable. I need a hardware product development consultant to coordinate the full V2 development, including: professional enclosure design, micrometric fine-tune collimation adjustment mechanism, evaluation and potential improvement of the optical stack (display, collimating lens, beam splitter — open to better components or layout if image quality can be improved), custom PCB with proper thermal management and clean connectors, wiring harness, CAD files ready for manufacture (SolidWorks or Fusion 360), and photorealistic renders. You would define the roadmap, identify and coordinate specialists (industrial designer, electronics engineer, optics consultant), and manage milestones. I am the inventor and will provide full technical context, photos, TinkerCAD model, component list, and optical layout. Looking for someone with hands-on experience taking electro-optical or precision instrument prototypes from rough to manufacturable. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary hardware teams preferred.
