HVAC Project Manager

Immediate need for an experienced mechanical construction professional to join our growing team immediately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing projects, reviewing technical documents, and ensuring every project is fully prepared before field mobilization. Primary Responsibilities * Review project documents, plans, specifications, and contract requirements. * Thoroughly review project scope to ensure nothing has been overlooked. * Manage and track submittals from preparation through approval. * Verify approved submittals are released to vendors for procurement. * Coordinate equipment, material deliveries, and long-lead items. * Build and maintain procurement and delivery logs. * Identify conflicts or missing information before construction begins. * Work closely with estimating during project turnover. * Support Project Managers with project planning and execution. * Coordinate with field operations to ensure projects are mobilization-ready. * Track RFIs, change orders, and outstanding action items. * Attend turnover and coordination meetings. Qualifications * 3-10+ years of commercial HVAC experience. * Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications. * Strong understanding of submittals, procurement, and project coordination. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Procore experience is a plus.
