Hands-On DTC Operator, TikTok Shop US, Amazon, Shopify (Founding Team Track)

We're a fast-moving consumer brand expanding into the US. We sell a women's intimate apparel product that already has traction in Southeast Asia, and we're now building the US channel from the ground up. We're looking for someone who actually does the work, not someone who advises on it. This starts as a contract role. For the right person who proves they can execute and wants to own this, there's a path to be a founding team member. We're upfront that the upside has to be earned through a trusted working relationship first. What you'll own: TikTok Shop US: set up and run the business seller account, manage listings, run live selling, build and manage the creator/affiliate funnel Amazon: build out Seller Central, set up FBA, manage listings and reviews Shopify / DTC website: store ops, conversion, day-to-day merchandising Coordinating US fulfillment and inventory flow You're a strong fit if you have: Direct hands-on experience selling on TikTok Shop in the US market (not just SEA) Built or scaled an Amazon FBA listing from launch Run a Shopify or comparable DTC store end to end Comfort working independently across time zones (our team is in Asia) Bias toward action: you'd rather ship and iterate than write decks Nice to have: Experience in apparel, beauty, or intimate apparel Existing US creator/affiliate relationships Familiarity with FBT (Fulfilled by TikTok) To apply, skip the generic pitch.
