We are a U.S.-based telecommunications, internet, wireless, energy, and home services brokerage hiring our first dedicated digital marketer. We sell residential and business internet, wireless, energy, and home security services across the United States to both English and Spanish-speaking customers. We are looking for a part-time digital marketing generalist who can personally build, launch, manage, and improve campaigns. This is a hands-on role. You will be working directly inside the ad accounts, creating campaigns, reviewing performance, improving tracking, creating basic creative assets, and helping us build a consistent marketing system. Please read the seniority section carefully before applying. Seniority We Are Looking For This is a mid-level, hands-on execution role. It is not a beginner role. It is not a virtual assistant role. It is also not a strategy-only or team-management role. We are looking for someone who has real hands-on experience running digital campaigns and still enjoys doing the work personally. You should be comfortable building campaigns, writing ads, reviewing performance data, adjusting budgets, testing creative, and making practical improvements yourself. The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of real digital marketing or performance marketing experience. You should have direct experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, basic SEO, tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization. You should understand performance metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, click-through rate, landing page conversion rate, and lead quality. You should be able to work independently with light oversight after you understand our offers, target customers, and goals. This role is probably not a fit if: * You have less than 2 years of digital marketing experience * You only have social media posting experience * You only create graphics but do not manage campaigns * You are a senior strategist who no longer works directly inside ad accounts * You want to manage a team instead of doing the campaign work yourself * You only focus on impressions, clicks, or followers instead of leads, cost per lead, and profitability What You Will Do You will help with the following: Google Ads * Build, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns * Research keywords for internet, wireless, telecom, energy, and home service offers * Add and manage negative keywords * Write and test ad headlines and descriptions * Monitor cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality * Recommend improvements based on campaign performance * Help manage spend toward profitability, not vanity metrics Meta Ads * Build, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns * Create and test lead generation campaigns * Help write English and Spanish ad copy when needed * Test hooks, offers, headlines, calls to action, and creative angles * Build simple creative concepts for static ads * Monitor campaign results and recommend improvements Tracking and Analytics * Help set up, maintain, or review GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking * Help set up conversion tracking for form leads and phone leads * Use UTM links and clean campaign naming when needed * Help review Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking * Make sure reporting is tied to real leads and business outcomes SEO and AEO * Help plan basic SEO content for local service pages, blog posts, FAQs, and answer-based content * Research keywords and customer questions * Create content briefs using ChatGPT and other tools * Help improve pages so they can rank in Google and appear in AI-style search answers * Support local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization when needed Landing Pages and CRO * Review landing pages and recommend improvements * Help improve headlines, offers, calls to action, forms, and page structure * Suggest simple conversion rate optimization tests * Help us understand why traffic is or is not turning into leads Creative and Content * Use ChatGPT, Canva, and similar tools to create simple ad graphics, ad copy, and campaign ideas * Help turn offers and promotions into ad concepts * Create basic social media post ideas when needed * Help create English and Spanish ad variations when needed * Short-form video experience is a plus, but not required Reporting * Prepare a simple weekly report showing what was done, what worked, what did not work, and what should be tested next * Track important metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, lead quality, click-through rate, spend, CAC, and ROAS when applicable * Communicate clearly and proactively about performance, problems, and next steps Platforms We May Use Primary platforms: * Google Ads * Meta Ads * SEO and AEO content * Canva * ChatGPT * Google Analytics 4 * Google Tag Manager * Google Business Profile Secondary platforms: * Nextdoor Ads * Reddit Ads * X Ads * Email or SMS marketing tools * Landing page tools You do not need to be an expert in every platform. The most important experience is Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, reporting, basic SEO, and creative execution. Required Experience Please apply only if you have experience with most of the following: * 3 to 6 years of hands-on digital marketing or performance marketing experience * Google Ads Search campaigns * Meta Ads lead generation campaigns * Basic SEO or local SEO * GA4 and Google Tag Manager basics * Conversion tracking for form leads and phone leads * Ad copywriting * Canva or simple creative tools * ChatGPT or other AI tools for marketing * Weekly marketing reporting * Campaign testing and optimization * Lead generation campaigns * Fluent written and spoken English * Clear communication and reliable weekly availability Strongly Preferred These are not required, but they are a strong plus: * Spanish and English bilingual ability * Ability to write Spanish ad copy for U.S. Hispanic campaigns * Experience marketing to Hispanic audiences in the United States * Experience with telecom, internet, wireless, energy, home services, solar, insurance, real estate, or other local service businesses * Experience with phone-call lead tracking * Experience with landing page optimization and CRO * Experience with Reddit Ads, X Ads, or Nextdoor Ads * Short-form video editing or video ad concepts Hours and Budget This is a part-time long-term role. Expected schedule: * 20 hours per week to start * Potential for more hours during setup if needed * Long-term opportunity if performance is strong Hourly budget: * $8 to $15 per hour depending on experience * We may consider slightly higher for a strong bilingual candidate with proven Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and lead generation experience Who Should Apply You may be a good fit if you are a practical, hands-on digital marketer who can manage campaigns, create basic ad assets, analyze results, and improve performance over time.
