We Are Looking for Closers Who Love the Hunt SCA Services, LLC is a U.S.-based legal marketing and performance-based lead generation company specializing in connecting individuals with medical, legal, financial, and disability resources through strategic marketing and business development. We are seeking a fearless outbound appointment setter who thrives on prospecting, overcoming objections, and booking qualified video meetings with decision-makers. This is not a customer support role. We are looking for a true hunter who enjoys outbound sales, consistently follows up, and is driven by results. If rejection doesn’t discourage you, you enjoy cold outreach, and you’re motivated by performance-based compensation($50 closed-contract bonus structure) we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other approved channels. * Identify and qualify decision-makers. * Book qualified video appointments with prospective clients. * Follow up consistently until you receive a clear yes or no. * Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs. * Meet or exceed weekly activity and appointment goals. * Collaborate with management to improve outreach performance. Ideal Candidate * Minimum 2 years of outbound appointment setting or B2B - B2C sales development experience. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong communication and objection-handling skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and highly accountable. * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools is a plus. To ensure transparency and accountability: * Work diaries and activity logs must accurately reflect work performed. * CRM updates are required after every prospect interaction. * Daily activity reports are required. What Is a Qualified Completed Video Appointment? A qualified completed video appointment means: * The prospect attends the scheduled video meeting. * The prospect is a decision-maker or authorized representative. * The prospect matches our target customer profile. * The prospect has a genuine interest in discussing our services.
