RF Hardware Engineer: Discrete LoRa Design & Custom PCB Antenna Tuning
Worldwide
We are developing an ultra-compact, waterproof environmental sensor and need a hardware engineer who specializes in high-performance RF design. This project moves beyond simple module integration; we are building a discrete IC-level architecture and require a custom PCB trace antenna tuned for maximum range within a constrained enclosure. The ideal collaborator brings hands-on experience with LoRa front-ends and impedance matching, as well as the equipment—specifically a VNA and high-bandwidth oscilloscope—necessary to validate the design and optimize power profiles for long-term battery life. If you have a track record of taking complex RF designs from schematic to a physically validated, production-ready PCB, we’d love to see your previous work.
