Hardware Prototype Development for Consumer Product

I’m developing a small consumer product and need a working hardware prototype built for proof-of-concept testing. The product is a small, capsule-size device 1-2" that can be placed into a glass and uses gentle vibration to keep ingredients (like chia seeds or powdered supplements) from settling at the bottom. This is an early-stage prototype, focus is on functionality, not final design or manufacturing readiness. Create a fully functional prototype that demonstrates: continuous or intermittent micro-vibration in liquid, ability to reduce or prevent ingredient settling, safe use in a glass of water or beverage, compact, self-contained form (rough capsule shape). Scope of Work 1.
